It is the sole responsibility of guests to keep everyone in their party safe, wearing lifejackets at all times while using water equipment on the water is strongly advised. This lake house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
